Glo Medical Spa is a locally owned establishment. Shipment of products takes about 3-7 days. We will email once it has shipped and provide you with a tracking number. 


Thank you for visiting/shopping at Glo Medical Spa. We want you to love your purchase, so if there is anything wrong with the product, packaging, or a malfunction of its delivery system please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.


*Customers cannot exchange or receive refunds in the case of a change of his/her mind after purchasing the product. This is not the fault of the merchant and thus the merchant cannot be held responsible.



In the case of exchanges, we allow for a 30 day period from the time of purchase to return products that have malfunctions or imperfections. To be eligible for an exchange, you must have proof of purchase in the form of a receipt and a clear description of the product malfunction/imperfection. Exchanges are permitted for same product, no exchange of products can be used to exchange for a different product than originally purchased.

 Glo Medical Spa does not offer an exchange of services, once purchased we cannot reallocate funds from one service treatment or package to another.



In the case of refunds, we allow for a 30 day period from the time of purchase to return products that have been unopened and unused. To be eligible for a return you must have proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (original packaging).

Refunds are rendered in the form of the original payment, except for debit and check transactions. Debit and check transactions will be refunded back in cash.


Once we have received your item, we will inform you that we have received the item and will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Returns on credit will vary depending on the card issuer’s policies.


If your item is not approved, we will give/send it back at no cost to you and you will be unable to receive a refund.

Glo Medical Spa has a strict no refunds on purchases of services policy, regardless if you have already had the treatment. All information about the services, (treatment, potential outcomes and issues) is provided in the consultation and paperwork that is signed by you before the service is administered and thus any issues/dissatisfaction with the outcome of the treatments is null and void.
